Why our Stars of STEM program exists

You have a K-12 age child deeply interested in a STEM field, and likely parents in a STEM career that helped spark this interest.  You understand the ultimate bar for elite STEM kids is set by competitions like the Regeneron Science Talent Search, where high school seniors submit research that can be at a PhD level, often in affiliation with university labs. But did you know this journey typically begins 7-8 years earlier with shockingly advanced STEM projects for competitions like the 3M Young Scientist Challenge and others in middle school?

 

The problem is there are no good solutions to guide your child through this elite STEM journey, other than teaching them yourself - and what if you don’t have the time or domain expertise? Even the best K-12 schools do not teach accelerated STEM at this level, and most STEM camps are way too basic, or teaching only a small fraction of the year, insufficient for building real skills.

We developed our programs to fill this gap. We learned teaching our own kids that they are capable of much more advanced STEM learning much earlier (starting in 5th or 6th grade) than any school or tech camp program provides. Our program's unique attributes comprise an all-year-round, hyper-focused domain-specific curriculum, which uses mathematical programming and AI/machine learning as a superpower, providing the ability to jump 5-7 years ahead in quantitative sophistication, using both AI and model-based numerical methods. 

These programs are designed to reward students with tremendous differentiation in both elite college admissions, and more importantly the ability to compete at the very top of a STEM field once attending the top universities and graduate schools.
